3 rounds, 20 seconds on each:

Pushups

Kipping swing / Active hang

Single-leg deadlift

Lunges

Squats

QUALITY NOT SPEED!

Gymnastics

Weighted pullups (5-5-5-5-5)

E2M x 5. Perform 20 pushups between sets

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

20 min EMOM, alternating between:

10 pullups

20 medicine ball cleans, 9/6kg

30 mountain climbers

40 double unders
