Warm-up

(No Measure)

Run 400m

THEN

3 rounds:

10 air squats

10 pushups

Stretch

Weightlifting

Bench Press (3-3-3-3-3-3-3)

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

‘Death by Rowing’

5 cal row in the first minute

6 cal row in the second minute

7 cal row in the third minute etc

Adding one rep every minute, continue you are unable to complete the reps within the minute.
