Warm-up

Standard Warm-up 2 (No Measure)

Run 400m

THEN

Tabata:

Skipping (singles or double unders)

X-band walk (10 secs each direction)

Weightlifting

Back Squat (10-10-10-10)

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

‘Death by wall balls’:

In the first minute, perform 1 wall ball (9/6kg to the 10/9 foot target) and rest the remainder

In the second minute, perform 2 wall balls

etc

Continue in this manner until unable to perform all repetitions in the minute.
