Row 500m

THEN

3 rounds:

5 pushups

10 air squats

20 sec hollow hold

Metcon

Metcon (10 Rounds for time)

10 rounds, each round for time:

Row 250m

Rest 2 mins between each round.

Metcon (No Measure)

5 min plank hold

5 burpees each time you break position.
