Standard Warm-up 2 (No Measure)

Run 400m

THEN

Tabata:

Skipping (singles or double unders)

X-band walk (10 secs each direction)

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

30 min EMOM alternating between:

15/12 cal row

20 wall balls, 20lbs/14lbs

Rest
These are the suggested reps only. Try to stick to the same numbers the whole way through.

Aim to finish work within 45 seconds and do not stay static during the minute rest!!
