In teams of 3, for time:

600 pushups

400 pullups

200 burpee box jumps
One person working at a time. You can partition reps as required (e.g. do 20 pushups, 10 pullups, 5 burpee box jumps). Every time a person rotates off, they must do a driveway sprint.
