CrossFit Taipan – CrossFit


Running grid (No Measure)

30x40m grid. 4 x 4min, fast on the long side, slow on the short side.

Straight into 4 x shuttles (10,15,20m) working on 30 secs. 2 mins rest between sets.
Bring running shoes!!


Max Plank hold x 3 (Time)

Rest for two mins between holds

Cool down

Longer hold stretches for flexibility and muscle release
