Standard Warm-up 4 (No Measure)

5 rounds:

30:30 rowing

Start at 70% capacity, increase gradually to around 90% pace.

Stretch

Weightlifting

Shoulder Press (10-10-10-10)

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10min AMRAP:

30 double unders

20 toes to bar

10 burpees

Metcon (No Measure)

5 min prone hold

*5 burpees immediately for every break of position
