In teams of 3, 30 min AMRAP:

90 double unders / hollow hold

90 cal row / deadlift hold 100/70kg

90 wall balls / squat hold

90 C2B pullups / dead hang

One team member performs the work at a time but one from the team MUST be in correct position on the alternate task for reps to count. Rotate as necessary
