Below the knee hang clean

Clean from ground

Metcon

Metcon (4 Rounds for time)

4RFT. Superset @ 60% clean weight;

10 hang power cleans

10 Front squats

10 Push press

10 Romanian Deadlifts

10 BOR

10 Pushups
