Warm-up

Standard warm-up 15 (No Measure)

400m run

Stretch

Weightlifting

Shoulder Press (5-5-5-5-5)

E2M x 5: 5 shoulder press, 25 double unders between sets.

Aim for 70%+ of 1 rep max if known.

Metcon (4 Rounds for time)

4 rounds, each round for time:

Sprint 400m

Rest 3 mins between each round.
