Start at 70% capacity, increase gradually to around 90% pace.

Weightlifting

Strict press (5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5 @ 75%)

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

7 min AMRAP;

7 Plate ground to overhead @ 20kg/15kg

7 Plate burpees
