Standard Warm-up 10 (No Measure)

Run 400m

2 rounds of Cindy:

5 pullups

10 pushups

15 air squats

Stretch

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In a team of 2, 30 min:

400m car push

THEN AMRAP in remaining time:

20 wall climbs (40 HR pushups as scale)

30 wall ball situps

40 partner wall balls
