Fundamentals Program

Fundamentals
The fundamentals program runs in accordance with the class timetable. Spaces for each class are limited so please organise your attendance in advance.

The fundamentals program takes an hour (please arrive at least 15 mins early to take care of some house-keeping) and covers the following aspects:

  • Tour of the box
  • Warmup
  • Teach the foundational movements
  • Short workout
  • Cool down
  • First aid

If you wish arrange a fundamentals class outside of the scheduled classes, please contact me directly.
