Virtuosity is about balancing intensity against correct form. Ensuring that coaches and members alike are committed to mastering each movement that is taught to them and learning how to balance perfect movement with correct level of intensity will minimise injury and ultimately increase performance.
People get into CrossFit with varying goals in mind, but the only way they will achieve them is through commitment to the program. That means training on days when you don’t want to and being prepared to suffer through workouts that push you beyond what you thought you were capable of. There is no substitute for hard work and your results are a reflection of your level of commitment.
