CrossFit, thus, is not focused on weight loss, aesthetics or body image, it is focused on function and performance in 10 physical domains: cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. We do: running, rowing, Olympic lifting, power lifting, bodyweight exercises, gymnastics, swimming, dumbbell exercises, rope climbing, sled pushing etc in a variety of different workout styles, adjusted to suit your level of ability.
What makes CrossFit unique from other group fitness programs is that we measure everything we do – using the WODify system, you will be able to track increases to your fitness by comparing your results across benchmark workouts.
